Once the design, specification of finishes and inclusions have been finalised, the drawings, engineering, HIA Building contracts and plans are lodged for approval.

While approval is taking its' course, we begin all the planning measures and scheduling of trade people to make sure of an instant start when approvals are in place. Your Home project will then flow smoothly and on time.

We then guide you through the selection process, including certain external colours, material finishes and various fixtures as required. This is much easier than the pressure of selecting all items straight away, that aren't required till later. We believe this process is far more enjoyable for our clients and reduces the necessity of costly adjustments imposed by many businesses.
